Absence Make-up policy: Smart Love has a flexible make-up policy.
Families may make-up classes due to illness of child/parent or vacation from
any session as long as child is currently registered for a session. Please
call ahead to let us know when you will attending a class as a make-up.

Toddler Explorations Sibling Discount Policy: If you would like to have
a sibling participate in the class, children who are not yet mobile attend for free.
Once a sibling of a current child in the Toddler Explorations class becomes mobile,
the sibling receives a 50% discount upon enrollment. The Toddler Explorations class
is designed to have children receive one-to-one play with their parent or caregiver.
Arrangements for an additional caregiver may be available through Smart Love for
an additional fee.

Pro-Rated Sessions: Smart Love will pro-rate registration fees for families
who register after the start date of the session.

Mom and Baby Twins Policy: The second baby (under 12 months) is free. This
class is for Moms and babies under 12 mos. only. Older siblings are eligible for
our Toddler Explorations Classes where the Toddler Explorations Sibling discount
policy is in effect for the younger child

Refund Policy: Smart Love generally does not refund registration fees.
