Thank you for your interest in Smart Love Preschool. Our application process is outlined below. Please note that we accept students throughout the year based on availability and beginning at age two.
APPLICATION PROCESS

Attend a Virtual Private Chat or Open House

Submit an Application:
Download, complete and submit your application, along with a non-refundable application fee of $85 for the school year.

Attend a Parent and Child Play Session:
Come experience our school first-hand and introduce your child to our classrooms and setting. These sessions are held during our regularly held classes.

Complete Tuition Agreement and Submit Deposit and/or Payment:
Upon acceptance, a signed tuition agreement and non-refundable deposit and/or tuition payment secure your child’s place.

FINANCIAL AID
The Natalie G. Heineman Smart Love Preschool has established a Scholarship Fund to serve families who meet the eligibility requirements for financial aid. The amount of available funds depends on the charitable contributions we receive from our families and supporters. Please note that you must apply for admission to the school before you can be eligible for financial aid. Please contact the school office if you are interested in financial aid or would like to make a scholarship gift.
TUITION POLICIES
Your signed tuition agreement and deposit reserves a space for your child in our preschool program for the applicable year. All application fees, registration deposits and tuition payments are not refundable. We accept personal checks, Visa or MasterCard for payment. Please note for credit card payments, an additional 2.5% will be added to pay credit card company fees.
LATE FEES
A $100 late fee will be applied for all late payments. A $30 fee is charged for returned checks due to insufficient funds. Restrictions on school attendance may result from parent’s failure to fulfill financial obligations.
TUITION DUE DATE
Tuition payments are due July 1 and September 1.
